SillyShibas.com ("we," "us," "our") is a small online shop operated from Texas, United States, selling custom-printed merchandise. Contact us at store at sillyshibas.com.
Orders:
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation and begin production.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there's a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, you'll receive a full refund.
- All items are made to order, and production begins shortly after purchase. See our Shipping & Returns page for cancellation timing.
Pricing and Payment:
- All prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
- Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed.
Shipping, Returns, and Replacements:
Shipping times, our replacement policy for damaged or misprinted items, and the limits of what we can accept are described in full on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Product Appearance:
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors may vary between screens and printed items, and minor variations in print placement are normal for made-to-order printing. These variations aren't defects.
Intellectual Property:
All designs, artwork, photographs, logos, and text on this site are owned by SillyShibas.com and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs, including our Shiba artwork, for commercial purposes without written permission.
Buying a product gives you the product. It doesn't transfer any rights to the design.
Acceptable Use:
Please don't use this site to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, or scrape it in ways that burden our servers.
User Accounts:
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under it. Please tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Third-Party Links:
Our site and products may link to third-party sites, such as our social media pages. We're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability:
The site and its products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
